All promotional bonuses, free bets, and special offers issued by 97pk are subject to specific wagering requirements and time limits. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable turnover conditions have been satisfied in full.

These Terms and Conditions are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that you are 21 or older. 97pk reserves the right to suspend any account and request documentary proof of age — including a valid Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC) — at any time. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be permanently closed and all associated funds forfeited.
You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid email address, and a working Pakistani mobile number. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these terms and may result in immediate account termination.
Each individual person is permitted to hold only one active account on 97pk. Operating multiple accounts — whether in the same name, different names, or through third parties — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended, pending balances cancelled, and any winnings derived from those accounts forfeited.
It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using 97pk is lawful in your jurisdiction. 97pk does not represent that its services are appropriate or available for use in all locations. Players from prohibited jurisdictions must not register or attempt to use the platform.
You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your 97pk login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. 97pk will never contact you to request your password.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify 97pk immediately by contacting our support team. Any transactions completed before such notification are your responsibility. 97pk shall not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the user has failed to safeguard their credentials.
97pk operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with internationally recognised gaming compliance standards. You may be required to submit identity documents — including a copy of your CNIC, proof of address, and proof of payment method — before withdrawals are processed or at any time 97pk deems appropriate. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal restrictions until the process is satisfactorily completed.
You may request closure of your 97pk account at any time by contacting customer support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC requirements. Bonus funds are forfeited upon account closure unless wagering requirements have already been fully met.
97pk accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Raast instant payment, and 1LINK. No cryptocurrency, foreign bank account, or third-party payment processor is accepted.
Deposits are credited to your 97pk account balance upon confirmed receipt of funds. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed on the deposit page within your account dashboard. 97pk does not charge fees on deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification being complete and any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds being satisfied. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name that matches your verified 97pk account details. Processing times vary by payment method but 97pk aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within 24–72 hours on business days.
Third-Party Payments: 97pk strictly prohibits deposits made from or withdrawals sent to accounts belonging to third parties. Any transaction identified as originating from or directed to a third party will be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.
A minimum withdrawal threshold applies and is displayed within your account dashboard. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed. 97pk reserves the right to adjust minimum and maximum transaction limits at any time with reasonable notice to users.
All bets placed on 97pk — whether on cricket, PSL fixtures, other sports, or any casino game — are final once confirmed. Users are responsible for verifying the accuracy of their selections, stake amounts, and bet type before confirming. 97pk does not accept responsibility for bets placed in error by the user.
Cricket and sports betting odds are set by 97pk and are subject to change up until the point a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted at a specific odds value, that value is locked in for that transaction. Official match results and statistics from recognised governing bodies — including the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) and the International Cricket Council (ICC) — are used to settle all cricket and PSL bets.
97pk reserves the right to declare a bet void in circumstances including, but not limited to: match abandonment, event cancellation, manifest pricing errors, incomplete fixtures, or evidence of match manipulation. Where a bet is voided, the stake is returned to the user's account balance in full.
Live in-play betting is offered on eligible fixtures subject to real-time availability. The platform may temporarily suspend live markets during key match events such as wickets, boundaries, or DLS recalculations. 97pk accepts no liability for connectivity issues on the user's end that prevent a live bet from being placed within an intended window.
All casino games and slot titles on 97pk use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology from licensed software providers. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot games are as published by the respective game provider. 97pk does not manipulate game outcomes.
All bonuses, promotional offers, free bets, and loyalty rewards issued by 97pk are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between the general terms in this section and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds credited to your account must be wagered a specified number of times before they are eligible for withdrawal. The wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum odds, and time limit applicable to each bonus are stated on the relevant promotion page. Bets placed on certain game types — including, but not limited to, low-margin bets, certain table game combinations, or voided bets — may not count toward wagering requirements.
97pk actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing offsetting bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk, or systematically exploiting promotional pricing errors. Where bonus abuse is detected, 97pk reserves the right to cancel the bonus, withhold derived winnings, and suspend the account.
All bonuses are subject to an expiry date. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain subject to unmet wagering requirements at the time of expiry are automatically removed from the account balance without prior notification beyond the stated expiry date on the promotion page.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 97pk platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where legally required:
All content on the 97pk platform — including but not limited to the 97pk brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, odds data, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 97pk or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, sublicense, modify, or create derivative works from any 97pk content without express prior written consent from 97pk.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 97pk's total aggregate liability to any user in connection with the platform and its services — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that user in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
97pk shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the platform, even if 97pk has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
97pk does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. Planned and unplanned maintenance, connectivity issues, or third-party service disruptions may temporarily affect platform availability. 97pk shall not be liable for losses arising from platform downtime that was beyond its reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by 97pk's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
97pk collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
97pk may share user data with third-party identity verification providers, payment processors, and regulatory or law enforcement bodies where required by applicable anti-money laundering, fraud prevention, or responsible gaming obligations. 97pk does not sell personal data to third-party marketers.
97pk is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. Your continued use of the 97pk platform following the publication of any amended Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those amended terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 4.4.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised online gaming standards and the applicable laws of the jurisdiction under which 97pk holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with 97pk support shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitral institution.
For the avoidance of doubt, 97pk's decision on the outcome of any bet, game result, bonus eligibility, or account action is final and binding unless 97pk determines, at its sole discretion, that a manifest error has occurred. Disputes regarding bet outcomes must be submitted to 97pk support within 30 days of the relevant event settlement date.
